My hedgehog has been having diarrhea for almost 2 months. I brought her to my local vet who gave her metronidazole. When that didn't help we tried baytril. She has now been off the baytril for a week. Before the baytril she was eating and drinking fine, no change to normal behavior other then diarrhea. Since the baytril she has decreased appetite and has lost some weight due to that. Still active but less then normal, still runs on wheel and drinks water. But still has the diarrhea.
